  • About
Nuts have a number of uses, adding flavor and texture to many dishes. Nuts that have not been roasted or shelled will keep longer than those that have. Shelled nuts can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator, if space allows. In any case, they should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area and checked periodically to be sure they are still fresh.
