Growing up in a family with limited financial resources can present a number of challenges, but there are also many valuable lessons and experiences that come with it. For me, one of the most important things about my childhood was the way my family always came together over a simple but meaningful tradition: Sunday dinner.
No matter how tough the week had been or how tight our budget was, my mother and father always made sure we had a good meal to share at the end of the week. It might not have been anything fancy or expensive, but it was always a time to sit down, relax and connect as a family.
