Baking bread, like eating it, is a totally natural activity. Neither is difficult or complicated and both involve sharing. Start baking bread at home and you’ll be amazed at the reaction you get from your family and friends - home-baked bread is always better than anything you can buy, even if you don’t have any previous experience.
Because I see writing as an extension of teaching people to bake, which I’ve been doing for almost 35 years, I’ve given you a lot of background information about the nature of the main ingredients for bread baking and what they accomplish when you use them. I’ve also used (and defined) foreign terms sometimes, but only to be more accurate rather than to make the process more complex.
