California

California is bordered by Oregon to the north, Nevada to the east, Arizona to the south east, Baja California (Mexico) to the south and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The major rivers serving the Central Valley flowing out to the Pacific are the Sacramento and San Joaquin, and in the north the Klamath with the Colorado to the south east. Cheese production in California is expanding, and the goat’s cheeses are excellent.
