Our BaxterStorey Chefs Academy is designed to make sure our chefs are equipped to deal with both simple and complex operations. On our sites the menus change every day and we expect our chefs to be creative alongside the management of food margins, food hygiene and safety. They have also got to be able to manage, motivate and lead a team and they’ve got to be entrepreneurs.
