Use this basic guide for converting measurements from cup and imperial measures to metric. Volumes are standard. Weight can vary according to the density of the ingredients, so the basic ingredients should be used as a rough guide.
Using Cup and Spoon Measures
All cup and spoon measures should be level (unless otherwise stated).
