  • About
We hope these definitions will guide you to develop your own vocabulary for tea. They are typical of the professional tea-taster’s descriptions, but sometimes other words, especially those for wine tasting, are more suitable, like back-of-the-mouth feel or retro-nasal; full mouth feel; fruity or specific fruit such as grapey.
