The Center for Private International Enterprise (CIPE) is an affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and works with business leaders, policymakers, and civic organizations around the world to build the institutions vital to democratic society. CIPE’s key program areas include enterprise ecosystems, business advocacy, democratic governance, and anticorruption & ethics. CIPE has a track record of working successfully with local partners to support entrepreneurship in Syria, Turkey, across the MENA region, and globally. As the LIFE Project Consortium lead, CIPE has a dedicated team to manage the project and its partnerships across the globe: Stephen Rosenlund and Marie A. Principe (Washington, D.C.) and Osman Çakıroğlu (Istanbul).
