  • About
and the Eastern Counties: Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Lincolnshire
East Anglia and the eastern counties stretch from Greater London, whose suburbs cover the south and east of Essex, to The Wash on the north-west coast of Norfolk. The area also includes Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and the fen district of Lincolnshire. There are special points of interest about the regional cooking of each of these counties, but this part of England as a whole has a character and tradition of its own, quite unlike that of the west or even of the south-east, although Kent is only separated from Essex by the Thames Estuary.
