  • About
I always find that a bag of lemons is like a punnet of herbs – you only need a few and the rest often goes to waste, which is terrible as I hate to waste. I cut lemons into slices and then into halves, so they can fit neatly into my cider bottle, and I freeze them instead of wasting.
In this chapter I show you how to make delicious treats and drinks that will not take much time or effort, but will leave you feeling very satisfied. So the next time life gives you a lot of lemons, make lemon cordial!
