Another sauce I found, also in the Bonne Cuisine range, is Hollandaise Sauce. If you are unsure about making Hollandaise, give this version a try: it’s so easy.

As for dried pastas and ready-made pastry, all varieties can be found in local shops. If you’re lucky enough to have a good delicatessen nearby, then buy your pasta there; it’s often made on the premises.
