Sahadi’s has given me room to be as creative in the kitchen as I want to be, and that is truly a gift. I am proud to be a member of this vibrant, hospitable family, four generations of whom work, socialize, and explore food together.

My grandmother, Adele Haddad, for fostering my earliest love of food and hospitality.
