To make noodle pancakes, use thin egg noodles and prepare as. Then, simply heat enough vegetable oil for shallow-frying in a 12.5-15 cm/5-6 inch diameter pan until hot, take your cooked noodles and fry them on both sides until they are crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. As with the boiled noodles, when you later put the toppings on them they will heat the noodle pancakes through.
