Plan ahead to keep cleanups to a minimum. Process dry or hard foods first (e.g., nuts, cheese, chocolate, crumbs), then process wet foods. Use paper towels to wipe out the bowl between steps.

To clean batter from the Steel Blade quickly, empty the contents of the bowl. Return the bowl and blade to the base of the machine, replace the cover, then turn on the processor. The blade will spin itself clean in seconds!
