The Thin Slicing Disc (2 mm) is ideal for slicing cabbage for coleslaw. (If you don’t have this disc, use the Medium Slicing Disc (4 mm) and let food “self-feed” for thinner slices.) The Thick Slicing Disc (6 mm) makes ¼-inch-thick slices. An Extra-Thin Slicing Disc (1 mm), Extra-Thick Slicing Disc (8 mm), Fine Shredding Disc (2 mm) and Thick Shredding Disc (6 mm) are available for some models.
