One of my favorite ways to entertain is to have a make-your-own-taco party. My guests love to stuff the assorted fillings into freshly made corn or flour tortillas and top them with hot salsa, shredded lettuce, and grated cheese.
Carne con Chile Colorado, Picadillo de Pollo, and Ropa Vieja are other good choices.

- PICO DE GALLO NORTEÑO (Uncooked Tomato Salsa)
- SALSA DE TOMATILLO CON CHIPOTLE (Tomatillo Sauce with Chipotle Chiles)
- TORTILLAS DE HARINA (Flour Tortillas)
- TORTILLAS DE MAÍZ (Corn Tortillas)
