For years, I have had the pleasure of creating a few different lines of seasonings and rubs with Spiceology. Inspired by my travels and flavors I remember from childhood, the team at Spiceology helped me create multiple lines from American Inspired to Beer Infused BBQ. Chris and James created Porter Road Butcher in my hometown Nashville, TN awhile back. What started as a local butcher shop dedicated to providing high quality local meat has turned into an online meat empire. These two are now able to ship their amazing products all over the country, including my favorite picanha. Although they are now a larger business, I still love shopping at their store in East Nashville.
