  • About
We always serve beer and wine at our parties, but it’s fun to have one “special” drink to share. A lot of these can be made in a pitcher ahead of time so guests can help themselves. By leaving out the hard alcohol, several of the drinks below can be made as “mocktails.”
This refreshing white wine spritzer is served in a glass lined with a pretty cucumber ribbon.
I fell in love with this spicy beer cocktail on a trip to Oaxaca, Mexico. My version has a salt and pepper–rimmed glass and is garnished with cherry tomatoes.
