Winner of the Gourmand Special Category Cookbook Awards for Peace and for Culinary Tourism in 2018, with her debut cookbook The Galilean Kitchen, Ruth Nieman has established her position as a Middle Eastern food writer, having grown up with traditional cuisines handed down from generations of Jewish and Arabic matriarchs.
