Acknowledgement

Hearty thanks go out to all the friends and family who have made game night at my house such a pleasure over the years, particularly to those who took part in test runs for the book, scrutinizing all of these recipes in real-world scenarios. Tough work, but thankfully someone was willing to do it! Without them, it would have been just my husband and me playing lots and lots of games of cribbage, Scrabble, and Blokus. Not that I don’t love playing games with him! In fact I look forward to beating him at cribbage still when we’re 100. No better partner for games, or for life, than Bob.
