As noted for the two-person meal, many recipes in this book will have a larger yield than needed for two to four players. Of course, you can choose to increase the per-person serving size of each recipe—such as four or five of the Chicken Salad Sandwiches with Orange and Walnuts or Beef Yakitori skewers per person—to accommodate the smaller group.
