put in a blender or food processor: ¾ cup (200 ml) heavy cream, 1 can (14 oz/400 ml) sweetened condensed milk, 1¼ cups (300 ml) Irish whiskey, 1 tbsp instant coffee granules, 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (Monin brand—I buy it in coffee and tea specialty stores).
blend briefly, until it’s just mixed.
pour into clean bottles and close. Kept in the refrigerator, this will remain fresh for at least 2 months.
