The most famous wine of Emilia-Romagna is the sparkling wine Lambrusco, which is also the name of the grape from which it is made. For me, this is always a perfectly suited accompaniment to the rich, generous food of this region. Light, clean-tasting and fizzy, it helps the digestion and makes the experience even better when it comes to enjoying the traditional cuisine.
