Fish Feasts

Fish is exciting to buy because it is so beautiful to look at. I find it almost impossible to pass the fish counter without buying something, even if I have not planned to eat fish that day. Fish is quick and interesting to cook, adapting itself to all sorts of wonderful sauces.
