Christmas Creations

I have cooked the Christmas meal for 29 years and written countless articles and three books of festive recipes, so you might think I have had just about enough of Christmas cooking. However, each Christmas presents a challenge which I enjoy: to create a new seasonal dish and, of course, to think up yet another way of using the leftover turkey.
