  • About
Oh to be prepared! But keep it simple. Have a few basic pieces: some good bowls that you enjoy touching, some measuring cups and spoons that feel good in your hand. The one spatula and wooden spoon that you can’t live without. The knife that is sharp, and the cutting board that is not too big to move around. These tools make cooking and baking doable and pleasurable. And keep your old mixers! They don’t make them like that anymore. Instead of buying a new one, find a local machine shop to rebuild or fix that overheated KitchenAid.
