Farming gives me so much job satisfaction. Every day I get to see the rewards of our hard work: the crops and animals growing and the wildlife thriving, and that’s why I love it. I grew up on our family farm in Buckinghamshire working with my dad and uncle as I still do today, but with the added joy of my children coming out to join in where they can. My family have shared farm life with me, so now I try and share it with the world, by making short regular farming videos. While busy on the farm I film the job, explaining what we are doing and why, before sharing it to social media @headysfarm. This hopefully helps to bridge the gap between producers and consumers, as I believe that it is so important that we know where our food has come from and how it was produced.
