18 years ago myself and my wife Joanna gave up our professional careers, sold the house and ploughed everything into converting two redundant piggeries into a farm shop and delicatessen on Jo’s family farm in Suffolk. We’re both children of farmers so had that passion for farming and food production already, and wanted to offer high quality produce from local suppliers and our own farm.
