We produce pork, bacon, ham and sausages in our own butchery from pigs bred and reared on our farm in the beautiful Moss Valley close to the Sheffield-Derbyshire border. The family has lived and farmed here for a hundred years; I’m the fourth generation. We’ve had pigs on the farm for the last 60 years and been breeding for the last 40 while slowly but surely building our unit up to its current size and then refurbishing everything.
