Townies. That’s what we are. An architect and a DJ, farming. Cluelessly sticking the car in ditches, planting saplings that get eaten, putting up polytunnels that get blown down, and making countless other mistakes. But, ten years in, we have two innovative, profitable businesses on our land, producing the most sustainable sparkling wine in the world, in the heart of beautiful Devon.
