I enjoy all types of fishing, but always for food rather than sport as I like to catch something that I can eat! It’s a hobby that has branched out into lots of other interests, including making my own lobster pots and smoking fish at home, and I have a commercial skipper qualification as well. I usually go out when the weather’s good with a few friends who are also skippers, and we know a lot of the commercial fishermen too, so everybody looks out for each other.
