With over 100 years in the fishing industry, we know a thing or two about fish. Stevenson is a family fishing business in the town of Newlyn, just outside Penzance down in the far south west of Cornwall. The Cornish fishing industry is extremely diverse, and the coastal waters here are abundant with a rich variety of fish. It is not unusual for the fish market to have 35 different species, all fresh and responsibly sourced, landed daily.
