When I started planning this book, I really wanted to include a dessert chapter, but I was having a hard time thinking of something that was easily adaptable for multiple desserts. The answer was right under my nose. Or, I guess, right in my freezer.
You see, I have a mild ice cream problem. It’s one of my “unlimited foods, ” meaning I can eat an almost unlimited amount of it. I have absolutely no problem killing a quart of ice cream in a day or two. I have to pace myself when it comes to the frozen stuff.
