One aspect of this book that I’m really proud of is the testing that each recipe underwent. Not only did I make all the recipes multiple times for family and friends, but I also recruited a team of recipe testers from all over the United States (and a few other countries) to help test out the recipes. These volunteer recipe testers did a fantastic service to this book. Almost every single recipe was tweaked based on comments from these testers, and I feel confident that you’ll have success with the recipes because of the work that went into testing them.
