  • About
Stir-frying is the most delightful and rapid way to prepare a quick dinner that balances one’s nutrition and introduces a lot of taste, texture, and nutritional diversity to the plate all in one stroke, since a good stir-fry consists of two thirds fresh vegetables and one third to one quarter meat. The meat can be varied easily and the vegetables mixed in such a way that white, yellow, and leafy vegetables are represented all together. Such mixtures of vegetables offer vitamins and fiber while the meats offer some of the proteins and vitamin B that is needed to feel well.
