I’ve never written a cookbook before. What an experience! These are the people who guided me, supported me, encouraged me, and cheered me on throughout this process.

First and foremost, my deepest gratitude to my family. You supported me and Malai before the ice cream even existed, and I would not have been able to do any of it without you. You have been game for cookbook shoots, cookbook inspiration, and cookbook taste testing—nothing was off-limits.
