It’s virtually impossible to serve anything half decent in your restaurant without a good, reliable supply chain. We are nothing without our suppliers. Over the past thirty years, I have met people who are incredibly passionate about their product and others less so. The latter you don’t have a relationship with – and relationships are everything. To one and all, as I will struggle to name each and every one of you, thank you for everything.
