Suppliers

It’s virtually impossible to serve anything half decent in your restaurant without a good, reliable supply chain. We are nothing without our suppliers. Over the past thirty years, I have met people who are incredibly passionate about their product and others less so. The latter you don’t have a relationship with – and relationships are everything. To one and all, as I will struggle to name each and every one of you, thank you for everything. A special thank you to the bakers in the Cape as well as Kirsten and Vasili, good friends now, who bend over backwards to help.
