Michael Hyams is based in the famous New Covent Garden Market in London, operating under his popular company name of Mushroom Man, and supplying both wild and cultivated mushrooms to chefs and the restaurant industry. He offers all the wild and cultivated essentials at the right time in the season, as well as promoting new or new-to-market varieties by popping them into mushroom box mixes – a great way to introduce different varieties to chefs. Michael provides films, adverts and a range of commercial photography with edible fungi in his ongoing crusade to promote mushrooms.
