Electric Pizza Oven Instructions

Electric pizza ovens have a stone base and are specifically designed to cook perfect pizzas. Within each recipe, we've given instructions on how to cook the pizzas in a conventional oven, however if you have an electric pizza oven, here’s how to use it for most of the following pizzas.

Of course, always refer to manufacturer’s instructions before use. The care of the pizza stone is important so be sure to follow the manufacturers recommendations. Do not use parchment paper in the electric pizza oven.
