Here are two ways of preparing cauliflower to brighten the zakuska table. In both recipes the cauliflower is left whole and crowned with a colorful dressing: a golden mustard and horseradish mayonnaise or a brilliantly tinted beet mayonnaise. Both preparations look very festive and, of course, taste delicious.
