Pinchos

Pinchos is a Basque term that means “thorns” or “spikes,” and refers to small snacks that are skewered with toothpicks. Although pinchos are a category of Spanish tapas, to us, they represent the merriment of togetherness and exploration through bite-size foods for the table.
