What is it?
Thin and crispy discs of wheat flour. Deep-fry or air-fry to make them pop up into perfectly spherical bubbles.
How do you eat it?
A popular street food snack across India. You may also know them as puchka or gol gappe. Each one has a mouth-puckering mint and coriander (cilantro) flavoured water poured inside. Simply press the tops to create a crispy cup and fill with mashed potato, black chickpeas, sev, onions, tomatoes and a pani flavour of your choice.
