What is it?
A craggy spiral of rice flour, cumin seeds and chillies. Chakri is the diminutive term for Sudarshana Chakra, the auspicious disc carried by Lord Vishnu according to Hindu belief. Dangerously moreish.
How do you eat it?
As it is. I’m an advocate of going in cinnamon-roll style, breaking off the spirals and eating from the outside in.
