  • About
What is it?
Double-baked sweet biscuit (cookie). Not unlike biscotti, but with a caramelised sugar or condensed milk quality. Flavours often include a plain type, cardamom and tutti frutti. Thick and crunchy, you’ll find an Indian rusk can withstand double the immersion time of a Hobnob – it has the dunking longevity of a US Navy SEAL!
How do you eat it?
Dunk it in chai. Or don’t.
