It really is. The recipes you’ll find in this book are vegetarian and they have been created with a flavour first approach. A quick rummage in your cupboards or at the back of the fridge will hopefully inspire you to cook one of the dishes you find here or adapt the recipe using what you have. I’m not going to say you won’t miss the meat, if you are indeed a meat eater, because that is not my intention. What I will say is the recipes in this book will offer some new and interesting Indian-inspired options to add to your meal rotation. They just happen to be vegetarian.
