  • About
There are two opinions we always hear about lobsters: half think they are the most delicious seafood out there and just can’t be beaten and the other half think they are completely overrated and just not worth the money. Well, we’re right in the middle! We don’t get the people who just can’t see past lobster, but we also think there’s something pretty special about them. Even the sheer look of them, so solid and hardy and fierce: you wouldn’t want to mess with them. They really are the king of shellfish. They have beautiful colours: if you’re lucky enough to come across a bright blue lobster then they really are the coolest looking creatures. Don’t be scared of lobsters pinching you when you buy them alive; they should always come with their claws banded up and this will stop them from getting you.
