Handy kitchen equipment

Professional cooks love kitchen gadgets and I’m no exception. This is stuff I find really useful.

Blender and using a bottle makes I’m pretty sure that you dressing a plate much have one of these, but I’m including it anyway because it really is an essential piece of equipment.

Muslin or cheesecloth You can buy this in a fabric store. It’s a white, finely woven cloth that is very handy for straining sauces.

Pestle and mortar No kitchen should be without one. It’s great for spices and herbs. Always buy the largest one.
