Cookies should be simple and straightforward.

Unlike other desserts which have sauces and creams to heighten their flavors, the cookies at Stars stand on their own merits. They are like concentrated desserts; they have as much flavor and give the same level of satisfaction as a refined dessert.

I always have an assorted cookie plate on the menu for our customers who want a little something sweet but cannot decide exactly what they would like.
