Writing this book began with the simple belief in the authentic flavour of Pakistan. It has been a journey of remembrances and self-discovery. Though these are my words and recipes, none of this would have been possible without the help of many people, whose dedication, belief and support have made this book both a wonderful experience for me and a gift to those who read it.
