Carrots are among the most important of the Vegetables used in seasoning. They enter into the making of soups, daubes, stews, etc., giving to all a delightful flavor, which no other Vegetable can. Eaten au naturel, or in their natural state, they may also be stewed, fried or smothered. Any one of these dishes makes a delightful and appetizing side dish.
